Objective: Identify production bottlenecks and provide solutions for Nylon6 plant capacity increase

Scope of work: Development of a detailed simulation model, detailed process analysis and evaluation of different strategies for plant debottlenecking and capacity increase. Recommendation of technological and operational solutions achieved the capacity increase of 12%.
