Scope of work: Energy-saving study of a new large scale Caprolactam process, detailed energy analysis of the process, energy targeting for various utility types, optimization of utility temperature and pressures, identification of energy-saving opportunity through major technology modifications and process parameters adjustment leading up to 30% of the overall energy efficiency improvement.
