Objectives: Improve the Quality of the Resin Product 

Scope of work: For a synthetic resins reaction system, operated in a batch reactor mode, a dynamic simulation model is developed  to study process control loops and optimise control parameters; various operations scenarios are assessed in order to minimize off-spec products and improve the quality of the resins products.
